New Educational Website For The LMC

A new educational website for the Livestock and Meat Commission(LMC),is now live. Food4life.org.uk helps the LMC reach out to students and teachers to support the local curriculum and to educate visitors on the benefits of beef and lamb as part of healthy diet.
The main objective of the food4life website is to educate young people on the health benefits of eating beef and lamb and support their progress in home economics in the school curriculum. LMC communicate their message online through this new website by providing educational content for home economics students and supporting content for teachers including the ability to download documents and order posters. The site also provides cookery demonstrations in video format as well as a range of recipes to view online or download.
The website is developed with the HandsOn Content Management System. Design and content is specifically tailored for each main audience group.
