Minister for Culture, Arts and Leisure launches Ulster-Scots Agency website

Minister Nelson McCausland was joined by Agency board members, directors and staff to launch the site in the new Ulster Scots visitors\' centre on Great Victoria Street, Belfast.
A transformation from the former Agency website, and a reflection of the volume and wide range of work currently underway, the website's launch is only the beginning of a long journey ahead to better engage with the Ulster Scots community through developing the content, improving user journey, making use of social media, and getting the Ulster Scots community involved through a range of Web 2.0 technologies.
The purpose of the new site is to reach out with relevance to the whole community with a big focus on events, providing plenty of interest and opportunity for families, event organisers, community groups, Ulster Scots enthusiasts, and teachers and students.
