A business grade Webmail facility is also included. This highly innovative system allows users to check their email from any computer in the world that is connected to the Internet, without having to configure an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird. Emails are accessed securely through any normal Internet browser - which means you check your business emails in an Internet café during your holidays, or follow up with a client request whilst waiting for a flight in the airport lounge.

Auto responders allow users to setup a predetermined email response that will automatically reply to every received email, during your specified date and time range, giving details of when you will be returning to work, as well as offering alternative points of contact during this period. This is included in the service and is unlimited.

The Business Email Plus package also includes anti-virus and anti-spam protection to ensure you don't inadvertently download any harmful viruses to your PC, and also reduces the amount of time wasted sifting through SPAM emails. Users will have the ability to administer their own whitelists and blacklists through an easy to use control panel. This maximises the effectiveness of the anti-spam system. No need for specialist software or computer skills.

A super user control panel allows for central administration of all email accounts, this includes adding / editing / and disabling email accounts. Essentially this means that the entire email provision for your business can be controlled in-house by you or an IT Manager, offering flexibility and control. Transferring your Email requirements from another provider

Transferring to Tibus Email services is simple and straightforward. Many companies are making the change from large general providers to specialist business ISPs and we have developed a process specifically for transferring Domain Names and Email services from another provider to Tibus.

You won't encounter any downtime and Tibus will make all necessary changes on your behalf. Costs are the same for an initial set-up.

Billing

All services are charged on a subscription basis and are subject to a 12-month minimum term. Payment is in advance, via Direct Debit. All prices exclude VAT.

Support

Tibus is proud of its reputation for approachable and knowledgeable support. Our team is highly available (no waiting in a Call Centre queue) and is based in Belfast. We encourage our clients to develop technical relationships with individuals in our team, contacting them through their individual email addresses and phone numbers.

Our Support team members are personally responsible for managing each client query through to completion, no matter which Tibus department is involved. You can be sure that your change will be completed or your question will be answered, both promptly and professionally.

We offer both unlimited e-mail support (support@tibus.com)and unlimited telephone-based support (028 9033 1122), allowing us to serve our clients in a manner that best suits them. This support is available from 9am to 5.30pm and is included within the service charge.

Individually tailored support packages can also be developed for clients for particularly complex or specific support requirements. Our lead time is typically 1 day.
