Service Description & Pricing

The Tibus VPN solution is designed for organisations that wish to create a Virtual Network across the Internet. This can allow effective, secure connections for:

• Multiple sites, offices or factories
• Remote workers
• Business partners or online collaborators
• Contractors or other third parties
• Suppliers and customers for e-business processes

We can supply security and connectivity solutions anywhere in Ireland or the UK and in doing so, we can best guarantee the optimum design and ongoing management of your Virtual Network. Equally though, we can configure the VPN to work with other Connectivity providers in Ireland, or further afield.

All our security is configured and managed in line with industry best practice and we will recommend the optimum connectivity service for your specific requirement and available budget.

We offer a pro-active ongoing management service on a true 24x7 basis, allowing us to support your VPN requirements smoothly and effectively. These facilities are key to the success of a Virtual Network and are included in the service charge. We are more than happy to work directly with third parties, including IT Support companies - if you have one that you prefer.

Prices depend on the complexity of the requirement and number of sites that you wish to connect. These are tailored to your individual requirement but start at €50 per month for a basic two-site scenario.

Billing

Billing is done in advance by Direct Debit or Invoice. All prices exclude VAT.

Support 

Tibus is proud of its reputation for approachable and knowledgeable support. Our team is highly available (no waiting in a Call Centre queue) and is based in Ireland. We encourage our clients to develop technical relationships with individuals in our team, contacting them through their individual email addresses and phone numbers.

Our Support team members are personally responsible for managing each client query through to completion, no matter which Tibus department is involved. You can be sure that your change will be completed or your question will be answered, both promptly and professionally.   

We offer both unlimited e-mail support (support@tibus.com) and unlimited telephone-based support (01 473 1650), allowing us to serve our clients in a manner that best suits them. This support is available from 9am to 5.30pm and is included within the service charge.

Individually tailored support packages can also be developed for clients for particularly complex or specific support requirements. Our lead time is typically 5 days.
