Lisburn City Council is one of the largest councils in Northern Ireland and provides a range of services aimed at residents, businesses and tourists. Because of their wide and varied remit, Tibus has provided a range of website, intranet and extranet services to them over the years, since our initial engagement in 2002.

Tibus has delivered the following solutions to Lisburn City Council:
- Design, development and implementation of a corporate council website
- Delivery of a council intranet for all council staff
- Implementation of a councilor intranet system for councilors to view and manage documents
- Launch of a website directly dedicated to the needs of tourists visiting the area
- Development of a trade database & land / property database to support the needs of businesses looking to invest in Lisburn
- Licensing of Image Vault, our proprietary image management system, to allow Lisburn City Council to take full control of their digital archives and assets
- Production of a website for Lisburn Castle Gardens, a local area of significant historical interest
- Integration of HandsOn content management system to manage the needs of all these systems on one software platform
