Tibus Link - Partner Types
When you join the tibus link Partner Programme you can choose between becoming a Partner Reseller or a Partner Dealer. It’s really up to you and what you feel will benefit your business model best. Just check out the options below:
Partner Reseller
- Your business can resell Tibus services and products direct to your customer for which you will receive competitive commissions
- Tibus will provide you with a sales process to sign up your customer to our service(s)
- You will have a dedicated Account Manager to help you with customized proposals and day to day queries.
- First line technical support will be provided to your customer by Tibus unless specifically requested by you that you wish to supply first line support.
Partner Dealer
- Your business can purchase Tibus services and products at competitive discounted wholesale rates that you sell on to your customer with a margin mark up that you decide on.
- Tibus will bill you directly for each service activated
- You will have a dedicated Account Manager to help with any day to day queries and any special requests
- First line technical support will typically be provided by ‘You’ interfacing with our technical team behind the scenes
